One of my never-ending goals is to learn and keep up with a variety of technologies. As you can guess, it is an insurmountable task! After working on Ventura County's CalWIN application, I am back supporting PeopleSoft since transferring into the VCHRP team at the County. My Oracle database & former PeopleSoft experience proved to be invaluable when I identified and provided a fix for a long standing problem after being on the team for only two weeks.

Besides being an analyst by nature, which makes me adept at systems development, maintenance, and administration, I am dedicated to process improvement. Operating at a high efficiency level, enables employees to have more time to do other things. I don't know about you, but I like that!!! As the administrator of Baxter's PeopleSoft system, my main responsibility was patch management. The approach I designed, not only enabled my team to pass the SOX audit, but also left PeopleSoft a bit embarrassed when their tech rep discovered they were at fault for issuing an incomplete patch after trying to point the finger at me!

The links at the top of the left frame provide more information about me. The link named 'Collage' is simply a collage of documents from my former jobs, and verifies my job titles. I can bring the originals to an interview, if requested. The links towards the bottom of the left frame are simply technical resources. Some, I put together myself during classes. Others are lists of websites with valuable info pertaining to the subject. The links at the bottom of the page will take you to the named website.
